With over 18 years experience in the Swiss and Luxembourgish financial, banking and
entrepreneurial sector, Jean-Luc Jourdan founded GMS Group of Companies in Luxembourg in
1999.
GMS+ has steadily grown to include and strategically partner with specialized companies and collaborators that are recognized experts in a full range of Corporate and Family Office services: accounting, tax, corporate structuring, private equity, wealth planning, administration, real estate, executive concierge services & more.

1999
Our story starts when Global Management & Services S.A. is created by Mr. Jean-Luc Jourdan and partners, all of whom are experienced financial service specialists.
At this time, Mr. Jean-Luc Jourdan is a Professional Chartered Accountant with a 18-year background in the Swiss and Luxembourg financial and banking sectors (director of Funds at Banque de Luxembourg, significant FINMA-authorised shareholder at CIM Banque Geneva).
2001
GMS+ expands with a specialized international tax planning department. In parallel, A prestegious business center with specialised administrative support staff is opened in the heart of Luxembourg city's park district.
2003
GMS Group creates a new juristic department that serves clients internally and
facilitates relations with specialized attorneys and legal service providers.
2005
GMS+ expands to include YES Europe S.à r.l. , a Chartered Accounting Company that specializes in Domiciliation services and Global Corporate Advisors S.à r.l., an Audit entity.
2010
Mr. Jean-Luc Jourdan, Chartered Accountant, is nominated Expert witness by the Luxembourg Court specialized in matters Accounting and General Economic matters.
2012
Following the enactment of new legislation in Luxembourg, GMS+ adapts to become a multi-Family Office offering a full range of services for (U)HNW individuals and families.
2017
As a part of our continuous commitment to the comfort, peace of mind, privacy and safety of our clients, our IT/Web infrastructure receives a complete overhaul with an emphasis on extreme security. GMS+ launches it’s brand new website and encrypted progressive app. This provides clients with a secure, direct channel of communication and collaboration with GMS+.

Our story starts when Global Management & Services S.A. is created by Mr.
Jean-Luc Jourdan and partners, all of whom are experienced services
specialists.
At this time, Mr. Jean-Luc Jourdan is a Chartered Accountant with a 18-year
background in the Swiss and Luxembourg financial and banking sectors
(director of Funds at Banque de Luxembourg, shareholder at CIM Banque
Geneva).
The Group is based in Luxembourg and conducts activities worldwide through a
number of specialized correspondents.
2001
GMS group expands chartered accounting activities with a specialized
international tax planning department. We also open a new business center in
the heart of Luxembourg for our clients with specialised administrative
support staff.
2003
GMS Group creates a new juristic department that serves clients internally
and facilitates relations with specialized attorneys and legal service
providers.
2005
GMS group expands to include YES Europe S.à r.l. , a Chartered Accounting
Company that specializes in Domiciliation services and Global Corporate
Advisors S.à r.l., an audit entity (commissaire aux comptes).
2010
Mr. Jean-Luc Jourdan, Chartered Accountant, is nominated Expert witness by
the Luxembourg Court specialized in matters of Finance, Tax and Accounting
matters.
2012
Following the enactment of new legislation in Luxembourg, GMS Group becomes a
multi family office offering a full range of services including family
wealth management.
2017
As a part of our continuous commitment to the comfort, peace of mind, privacy
and safety of our clients, our IT/Web infrastructure receives a complete
overhaul with an emphasis on extreme security. GMS Family Office launches
it’s brand new website and end-to-end encrypted Family Office app. This
provides clients with a secure, direct channel of communication and via
messaging or audio with their Luxembourg-based family office and as well as
easy to use document, task and project management features.
